1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This Cookie Policy explains how FindYourLooks uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on findyourlooks.com and in the FindYourLooks mobile apps. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Local storage and similar technologies work in a comparable way and let a website remember information on your device between visits.
3. ESSENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES
These are required for the Platform to work and cannot be switched off. They are used to: Keep you signed in and protect your account session. Remember the items in your shop cart. Keep bookings and forms secure and prevent duplicate submissions. Remember your cookie choice. Detect errors so we can keep the Platform reliable.
4. PREFERENCE TECHNOLOGIES
These remember choices you make so the Platform works the way you expect, such as: Your saved location or selected area for nearby results and distances. Notification sound settings. Recently viewed salons and display preferences. You can clear these at any time from your browser or device settings, or using the controls provided on the Platform.
5. ANALYTICS AND MARKETING
Where we use analytics or advertising measurement, it helps us understand how the Platform is used and how our campaigns perform. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", they will not be used.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some features rely on trusted third-party services, such as Google sign-in, Google Maps links and secure hosting. These providers may set their own cookies when you use their features, under their own privacy policies.
7. MANAGING YOUR CHOICE
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may stop sign-in, booking or checkout from working.
8. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. For questions, contact us through the Contact page on findyourlooks.com.
