1. INTRODUCTION
These Platform Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.findyourlooks.com (“Website” or “Platform”), including its related features, tools and services. The Platform is operated by FinYourLooks Limited a company incorporated and licensed in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), holding trade licence number [2649123], with its registered address at [Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE] (“FindYourLooks”, “we”, “us” or “our”). FindYourLooks provides an online marketplace intended to help customers discover, compare and connect with beauty salons, parlours, spas, aesthetic service providers, clinics and other participating businesses (“Partners”). These Terms apply to all individuals and businesses accessing or using the Platform, including customers, visitors, registered users, advertisers and Partners. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform. Where a separate written agreement applies to a Partner, advertiser or other business user, that agreement will govern the specific commercial relationship and supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the separate agreement will prevail only to the extent expressly agreed and legally permissible.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Customer” means an individual who uses the Platform to discover, compare, enquire about or book a service offered by a Partner.
“Partner” means a salon, parlour, spa, clinic, beauty professional, aesthetic service provider or other business approved to advertise or list its services on the Platform.
“User” means any person accessing or using the Platform. “Listing” means a profile, advertisement, service description, price, offer, photograph or other information displayed on the Platform.
“Partner Services” means the beauty, personal-care, wellness, aesthetic or other services offered by Partners.
“Subscription” means a paid recurring or fixed-term service purchased by a Partner for access to specified Platform features.
“Advertising Services” means paid promotional placements, advertisements or enhanced visibility features offered by FindYourLooks.
“User Content” means reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, descriptions and other materials submitted to the Platform by Users or Partners.
3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
3.1. FindYourLooks operates as an online marketplace that enables Customers to discover, compare and connect with independent beauty salons, parlours, spas, aesthetic clinics and other service providers.
3.2. FindYourLooks provides platform, listing, discovery, promotional and related technology services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FindYourLooks does not itself provide the services advertised by Partners.
3.3. Partners are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venture partners or franchisees of FindYourLooks merely because they are listed on the Platform.
3.4. Any agreement for the provision of beauty, wellness, aesthetic or other services is entered into directly between the Customer and the relevant Partner.
3.5. FindYourLooks does not collect payments from Customers for Partner
Services. Customers must pay the relevant Partner directly using the payment methods accepted by that Partner.
3.6. FindYourLooks does not act as a payment collector or settlement agent for Partner Services. Any future change to this arrangement will be subject to appropriate disclosures, updated terms and applicable legal requirements.
3.7. FindYourLooks earns revenue from fees charged to Partners for platform access, subscriptions, listings, advertising, promotional placements or other commercial services agreed with the Partner. Customers are not charged a platform fee by FindYourLooks for discovering or contacting Partners unless a separate charge is expressly introduced and disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
3.8. FindYourLooks does not guarantee the accuracy of every Listing, the availability of every Partner or the quality or outcome of Partner Services. Nothing in these Terms removes any obligation imposed on FindYourLooks by applicable law.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
4.1. Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
4.2. Users must provide accurate information when registering an account, submitting an enquiry or making a booking.
4.3. Users must not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes.
4.4. Users must not: Impersonate another person or business. Provide false or misleading information. Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform. Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. Scrape, harvest or systematically extract Platform data without written permission. Use automated bots or scripts to misuse the Platform. Publish unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or harassing content. Manipulate ratings, reviews or search results.
Misuse another person's personal information. Advertise services or products they are not legally authorised to offer. Circumvent technical restrictions or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
4.5. FindYourLooks may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending an account or referring suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority.
5. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
5.1. Certain features may require Users or Partners to register an account.
5.2. Users must ensure that their account information remains accurate and up to date.
5.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for promptly notifying FindYourLooks of suspected unauthorised access.
5.4. Users must not create accounts using false identities or another person's information without lawful authority.
5.5. FindYourLooks may request additional information or documents where reasonably necessary for account verification, fraud prevention, Partner onboarding or legal compliance.
5.6. A User may request account deletion by contacting [Support Email] or using an available account-deletion feature.
5.7. Account deletion does not require the immediate deletion of all associated records where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
6. PLATFORM LISTINGS AND INFORMATION
6.1. Partners are responsible for ensuring that their Listings are accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
6.2. A Listing may include the Partner's name, business location, contact details, service descriptions, prices, availability, photographs, promotions and other relevant information.
6.3. Partners must promptly update material changes to prices, opening hours, availability, services, licences or other information displayed on the Platform.
6.4. Prices, discounts, taxes, booking charges and other applicable fees must be presented transparently and in accordance with applicable law.
6.5. FindYourLooks may review, edit for formatting, restrict, reject or remove Listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with these Terms.
6.6. Displaying a Listing does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by FindYourLooks.
6.7. FindYourLooks may organise or rank Listings using factors such as relevance, location, search terms, availability, completeness of information, user preferences and paid promotional placement. Paid placement will be identified appropriately where required by law.
7. ENQUIRIES, BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
7.1. The Platform may allow Customers to browse services, contact Partners, submit enquiries, request appointments or make bookings where the relevant feature is available.
7.2. Unless the Platform expressly confirms an immediate booking, submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that the appointment has been accepted.
7.3. A booking will be treated as confirmed when the applicable confirmation process has been completed and confirmation has been communicated through the Platform or by the Partner.
7.4. Customers must review the service description, price, location, appointment time and applicable booking conditions before confirming an appointment.
7.5. Partners are responsible for honouring confirmed appointments, providing accurate availability and notifying Customers promptly of cancellations or material changes.
7.6. Customers and Partners are responsible for communicating any information reasonably necessary to arrange and deliver the relevant service.
7.7. FindYourLooks may assist in communicating booking changes or resolving booking-related complaints, but the extent of that assistance will depend on the features and services offered by the Platform.
7.8. Customers and Partners must not use the booking system fraudulently or deliberately manipulate bookings, availability or reviews.
8. CUSTOMER PAYMENTS, PRICES AND REFUNDS
8.1. Customers pay the price of Partner Services directly to the relevant Partner. FindYourLooks does not collect, hold or settle Customer payments for Partner Services.
8.2. Partners are responsible for communicating their service prices, accepted payment methods, applicable taxes, deposits, cancellation charges and other servicerelated charges to Customers before the Customer commits to a booking or purchase.
8.3. Payments for Partner Services must be made directly to the Partner through a payment method accepted by that Partner. Customers should obtain payment confirmation or a receipt from the Partner where applicable.
8.4. FindYourLooks is not responsible for collecting payments owed to Partners, processing refunds for Partner Services or settling payment disputes between Customers and Partners, except to the extent that applicable law imposes a responsibility on FindYourLooks.
8.5. Any refund, cancellation, rescheduling or compensation relating to Partner Services must be addressed directly with the relevant Partner and handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and mandatory UAE law.
8.6. FindYourLooks may assist in communicating a complaint to a Partner, but such assistance does not make FindYourLooks responsible for the Partner's payment obligations or service delivery.
8.7. FindYourLooks may charge Partners for subscriptions, platform access, listings, advertising and other agreed commercial services. These fees are payable by the Partner under the applicable subscription terms or separate commercial agreement.
8.8. Fees charged by FindYourLooks to Partners will be disclosed before the Partner commits to the relevant paid service. Applicable VAT and other legally required charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8.9. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory right, remedy or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
9.1. Each booking may be subject to specific cancellation, rescheduling and no-show conditions disclosed by the relevant Partner.
9.2. Customers must review these conditions before confirming a booking.
9.3. Partners must ensure that cancellation fees, advance-payment conditions and other restrictions are disclosed clearly and are lawful.
9.4. Where a Partner cancels a confirmed appointment, the Partner should promptly notify the Customer and, where appropriate, offer rescheduling or a refund in accordance with applicable law and the booking terms.
9.5. FindYourLooks may assist with cancellation-related complaints and may request relevant evidence from the Customer or Partner.
9.6. Cancellation or no-show conditions cannot override mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
10. PARTNER ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE
10.1. A Partner must be legally entitled to advertise and provide the services or products listed on the Platform.
10.2. Partners must obtain and maintain all applicable trade licences, permits, professional approvals, healthcare authorisations and other regulatory permissions required for their activities.
10.3. Partners must provide accurate business information and any reasonable supporting documents requested by FindYourLooks.
10.4. Partners must not advertise or provide regulated medical, dermatological, aesthetic or healthcare services unless appropriately authorised.
10.5. Partners must ensure that their personnel possess the qualifications and permissions required for the services they perform.
10.6. Partners are responsible for complying with applicable health, safety, hygiene, consumer-protection, advertising, product-safety and professional requirements.
10.7. Partners must not advertise counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe or unlawfully supplied products or services.
10.8. FindYourLooks may suspend or remove a Partner's Listing if the Partner fails to provide requested documentation, loses a required licence or appears to be operating unlawfully.
10.9. Verification documents submitted by a Partner must be genuine, accurate and current.
10.10. Listing a Partner does not guarantee that every document or claim has been independently verified. FindYourLooks may conduct checks where appropriate but does not guarantee the absence of all misconduct or regulatory breaches.
11. PARTNER SUBSCRIPTIONS AND COMMERCIAL
SERVICES
11.1. FindYourLooks may offer Partners paid subscriptions, platform access, listing packages, promotional packages, advertising placements or other commercial services.
11.2. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, the price, duration, features and applicable conditions of each package will be displayed or communicated before purchase.
11.3. FindYourLooks may offer an introductory free period to eligible Partners. The duration and conditions of the free period will be communicated during registration or onboarding.
11.4. Following an introductory free period, a Partner may be offered a subscription at the price disclosed before the paid subscription begins. The subscription fee may vary depending on the applicable offer and the final commercial terms agreed with the Partner.
11.5. Advertising packages may be offered separately from subscription plans. Advertising fees may vary depending on the selected package and the applicable terms disclosed to the Partner before the advertising service commences.
11.6. Subscription and advertising prices, VAT treatment, billing frequency, renewal conditions and cancellation procedures must be communicated clearly before the Partner commits to a paid service.
11.7. A free trial will not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the conversion and payment arrangements have been properly disclosed and accepted.
11.8. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a subscription provides access only to the features included in the selected package.
11.9. Payment for a subscription or advertising package does not guarantee a minimum number of Customers, bookings, enquiries, sales, impressions or business revenue.
11.10. FindYourLooks may update its packages and prices prospectively by giving appropriate notice. Changes to an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
11.11. A Partner may cancel a subscription using the available cancellation process or by contacting [Partner Support Email]. The effective cancellation date and any remaining access will be governed by the applicable subscription terms.
11.12. Refunds for paid commercial services will be determined under the applicable package terms and mandatory law. No provision of this section removes a refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.13. Partner subscription and advertising fees are separate from any amounts payable by Customers directly to Partners for Partner Services.
12. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT
12.1. FindYourLooks may offer paid advertisements, sponsored Listings, featured placements and promotional campaigns.
12.2. Partners are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, promotional claims, discounts and offers are accurate, substantiated and lawful.
12.3. Advertisements must not be misleading or make unsupported claims regarding medical outcomes, treatment results, product effectiveness or professional qualifications.
12.4. FindYourLooks may reject, suspend or remove advertisements that breach these Terms or applicable law.
12.5. Advertising fees purchase the agreed advertising service and do not guarantee a particular commercial outcome.
12.6. Where required, sponsored content and paid placements will be identified as advertising or promotional content.
13. BEAUTY, AESTHETIC AND MEDICAL SERVICES
13.1. FindYourLooks is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice merely by displaying information about a Partner.
13.2. Information available on the Platform is general information and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
13.3. Customers should assess whether a service is suitable for them and consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
13.4. Partners remain responsible for assessing suitability, explaining material risks, obtaining informed consent where required and providing services in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory standards.
13.5. Customers should provide relevant information requested by the Partner concerning allergies, contraindications or other factors relevant to a service.
13.6. FindYourLooks does not guarantee the outcome, effectiveness or suitability of any beauty, cosmetic, aesthetic or wellness service.
13.7. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
14. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
14.1. The Platform may allow Customers to submit ratings and reviews concerning their genuine experiences with Partners.
14.2. Reviews must be truthful, relevant, fair and based on actual experience.
14.3. Users must not submit fake, purchased, manipulated or misleading reviews or attempt to improperly influence ratings.
14.4. Reviews must not contain unlawful threats, harassment, defamatory material, discriminatory abuse or unnecessary personal or sensitive information about another individual.
14.5. Partners must not intimidate Customers or offer improper incentives to secure misleading reviews or suppress genuine complaints.
14.6. FindYourLooks may moderate, investigate, restrict or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.
14.7. FindYourLooks may provide a mechanism for Partners to respond to reviews, subject to applicable content rules.
14.8. Reviews reflect the views of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of FindYourLooks.
15. USER CONTENT AND PHOTOGRAPHS
15.1. Users and Partners retain ownership of content they lawfully own and submit to the Platform.
15.2. By submitting content, the submitting party grants FindYourLooks a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and promote the Platform.
15.3. This licence applies only to the extent the submitting party has the necessary rights and permissions.
15.4. Partners must ensure that they have the necessary rights to use their business photographs, logos, service descriptions and other uploaded materials.
15.5. Users must not upload photographs or personal information of another individual without an appropriate lawful basis or required permission.
15.6. FindYourLooks may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, is unlawful or breaches these Terms.
15.7. Where content is removed or an account is deleted, FindYourLooks may retain copies where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security or other lawful purposes.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
16.1. The Platform, including its original design, software, branding, logos, graphics, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to FindYourLooks, except for thirdparty materials.
16.2. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.
16.3. Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Platform except where permitted by law or authorised in writing.
16.4. Partners retain ownership of their own trademarks and business materials but grant FindYourLooks the licence described in Section 15 for materials submitted to the Platform.
16.5. Anyone who believes that content on the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights may submit a complaint to [Legal Email], including details of the material, the relevant rights and supporting information.
16.6. FindYourLooks may investigate such complaints and take appropriate action, including removing or restricting disputed content.
17. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
17.1. FindYourLooks processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
17.2. Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand what information is collected, how it is used, who may receive it and how applicable privacy rights may be exercised.
17.3. Partners must handle Customer information lawfully and only for appropriate purposes connected with their services or other lawful activities.
17.4. Partners must not misuse Customer information for unsolicited marketing or disclose it to unauthorised persons.
17.5. Users must not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through public reviews or other public-facing Platform features.
17.6. Where a Partner processes personal data on behalf of FindYourLooks or receives data under a separate data-processing arrangement, the Partner must comply with the applicable contractual and legal obligations.
17.7. FindYourLooks may disclose information where required by law, a competent authority or a valid legal process, subject to applicable law.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
18.1. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, mapping services or other external platforms.
18.2. Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
18.3. FindYourLooks does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content or practices, subject to any responsibility imposed on FindYourLooks by applicable law.
18.4. Users should exercise appropriate care before providing information or entering into transactions through external services.
19. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
19.1. FindYourLooks will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the Platform.
19.2. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
19.3. FindYourLooks may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features for technical, security, operational, commercial or legal reasons.
19.4. Where reasonably practicable, FindYourLooks will provide notice of material changes affecting paid services or existing contractual commitments.
19.5. FindYourLooks may temporarily restrict access to protect the Platform, Users or Partners or to comply with a legal requirement.
20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
20.1. A User may stop using the Platform at any time.
20.2. FindYourLooks may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to: A material breach of these Terms. Suspected fraud or unlawful activity. Misuse of the Platform. A material security risk. Misleading or prohibited Listings. Loss of a required business licence or approval. A legal or regulatory requirement.
20.3. Where appropriate and legally permissible, FindYourLooks may provide notice and an opportunity to address a breach before taking action.
20.4. Suspension or termination does not remove payment obligations already due or rights and remedies that have accrued.
20.5. Paid subscription termination, access to paid features and any refund will be governed by the applicable subscription agreement and mandatory law.
21. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
21.1. The Platform is intended to facilitate the discovery of and connection with independent Partners.
21.2. FindYourLooks does not guarantee that a Partner will meet a Customer's expectations or that using the Platform will result in a particular commercial or personal outcome.
21.3. Partners remain responsible for the services they provide, their professional conduct, their personnel and their compliance with applicable law.
21.4. FindYourLooks is not responsible for the performance of a Partner's services, the Partner's failure to honour an appointment, or disputes concerning service quality or payment, except to the extent responsibility arises under applicable law or from FindYourLooks' own acts or omissions.
21.5. FindYourLooks will not be responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility arises under applicable law or from its own acts or omissions.
21.6. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21.7. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FindYourLooks will not be liable for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from a User's use of the Platform. This does not exclude recoverable losses or remedies that mandatory law protects.
21.8. Nothing in this section removes any non-excludable consumer rights or statutory obligations applicable to FindYourLooks.
22. INDEMNITY
22.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a User or Partner may be responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs directly arising from their unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
22.2. Any indemnity under these Terms is subject to applicable law and does not transfer to a User or Partner any liability that legally remains with FindYourLooks.
23. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
23.1. Users may submit complaints concerning the Platform, Listings, bookings, Partners or other Platform-related matters through partners@findyourlooks.com .
23.2. Complaints should include the User's contact details, relevant booking or Listing information and a description of the issue. Supporting evidence may be requested where appropriate.
23.3. FindYourLooks will review complaints reasonably and may contact the relevant Partner or User to facilitate a resolution.
23.4. Where a complaint concerns the quality or safety of a Partner Service, FindYourLooks may request information from the Partner and take appropriate action regarding the Partner's Listing or Platform access.
23.5. FindYourLooks does not guarantee that every dispute between a Customer and a Partner can be resolved through the Platform.
23.6. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right or submitting a complaint to a competent UAE authority.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
FindYourLooks will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent directly caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, widespread telecommunications failure, major cyber incidents or interruption of essential third-party services. This section does not excuse obligations that cannot lawfully be suspended or excluded.
25. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
25.1. FindYourLooks may update these Terms to reflect changes in its business, Platform features, technology or applicable law.
25.2. The current version will be published on the Website with its effective or lastupdated date.
25.3. Where a material change requires notice or renewed consent under applicable law or an existing agreement, FindYourLooks will provide the required notice or obtain the required consent.
25.4. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective will constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules and applicable jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate in which the operating legal entity is established. Nothing in this section prevents a party from exercising any mandatory right to bring proceedings before another competent court or authority.
27. GENERAL PROVISIONS
27.1. Entire agreement: These Terms, together with applicable policies and any separate agreement expressly incorporated into them, govern the relevant use of the Platform.
27.2. Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
27.3. No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
27.4. Assignment: Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent where such consent is required. FindYourLooks may transfer its rights and obligations where legally permitted and without unlawfully prejudicing Users' rights.
27.5. Language: These Terms are drafted in English. An Arabic version should also be provided where required by applicable UAE law. Any inconsistency between versions will be resolved in accordance with applicable law, including any mandatory language requirements.
27.6. No partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture or agency between FindYourLooks and a User or Partner, except where expressly agreed in writing.
