These Partner Terms form an agreement between FindYourLooks and any business or individual professional ("Partner") that lists services on the platform. By ticking the acceptance box when registering, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
1. Authority to register
You confirm you are the owner or an authorised representative of the business, and that all information you submit is true and up to date.
2. Licences and compliance
You hold and will keep valid UAE trade licences, freelance permits and any required health authority approvals (such as DHA, DOH or MOHAP for clinics), and only use suitably qualified and licensed practitioners.
3. Permission to display your content
You allow FindYourLooks to display and promote your business name, logo, photos, staff profiles, service descriptions and prices on the platform and in marketing. You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload.
4. Prices, bookings and service quality
You keep your prices, opening hours and availability accurate, honour bookings made through the platform, and maintain safe and hygienic standards. Cancellations by you should be rare and communicated to the customer promptly.
5. Fees and payment
Any listing fee, subscription or commission is agreed with FindYourLooks and recorded on your account. Fees are payable by the due date stated on your statement. Unpaid fees may lead to your listing being paused.
6. Customer data
Customer details shared with you may only be used to provide the booked service and related communication. You must not sell, share or misuse customer data, and you must follow UAE data protection law.
7. Platform role and liability
FindYourLooks is a directory and booking platform. You, not FindYourLooks, are responsible for the services you deliver, including any treatment outcomes, injuries or disputes.
8. Reviews and conduct
You must not post fake reviews, pressure customers about reviews, or contact customers for unrelated marketing without consent.
9. Suspension and ending the agreement
FindYourLooks may pause or remove a listing that breaks these terms. You may close your listing at any time by contacting us; outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will show the updated date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
