Seller Terms · Version 2026-10-19

These Seller Terms apply to businesses applying to sell products through FindYourLooks. By accepting, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the seller. These terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and any written commercial agreement with you.

1. Seller details and verification

Provide accurate business, contact, brand and dispatch information. Our onboarding team may request a KYC form, trade licence, signatory identification and supporting documents during follow-up. Uploads are optional at initial registration. An application does not grant permission to sell, publish products or receive payments.

2. Licences and product compliance

Maintain the licences, registrations and approvals applicable to your business and each product in the jurisdictions where it is sold. Supply evidence requested by our team, including applicable municipality or other competent authority product registrations. Do not list restricted or unapproved products. Requirements vary by product and emirate; you remain responsible for confirming the requirements with the competent authority.

3. Authenticity and brand rights

Supply genuine, lawfully sourced goods. Hold permission to use brand names, images and descriptions, and provide brand authorisation or supply invoices when requested. Counterfeit, misleading, unsafe, expired or recalled goods must not be listed or fulfilled.

4. Product information and review

Provide accurate descriptions, ingredients where applicable, size, price, stock, safety information, delivery estimates and return eligibility. Display prices and tax information as required by applicable law. Product submissions are subject to review before publication. You grant FindYourLooks permission to display submitted product content for operating and promoting your listings; you retain ownership of that content.

5. Fees and settlements

Commission, platform fees, settlement timing, payment handling and any deductions must be agreed separately in writing before sales commence. Registration does not establish a fee, automatic billing schedule or payout entitlement. Provide verified settlement details only through an agreed secure process when payouts are applicable.

6. Orders and delivery

Fulfil confirmed orders using the agreed delivery arrangements and the delivery estimate shown to the customer. Keep stock accurate, package goods safely, and supply tracking or delivery evidence where available. Notify FindYourLooks promptly of delays, shortages, cancellations or recalls. Any dispatch service level must be agreed in writing rather than assumed from registration.

7. Returns, refunds and complaints

State product-specific return conditions clearly before purchase, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Cooperate on damaged, defective, incorrect or unsafe goods, customer complaints and refunds. Hygiene restrictions must not remove statutory rights. Responsibility for return costs and refund administration must be agreed in the commercial arrangements; these terms do not impose a universal return period.

8. Customer data

Use customer details only to fulfil orders and resolve related requests. Protect them, limit access and do not use them for unrelated marketing without valid consent or share them unlawfully. Follow applicable data protection law and the FindYourLooks Privacy Policy.

9. Responsibility and suspension

You remain responsible for your goods, licences, product claims and fulfilment. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your breach, counterfeit or unsafe goods, or infringement of others’ rights. FindYourLooks may pause listings or seller access while investigating compliance, authenticity, safety or fulfilment concerns. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities are not excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

Notify us of material business or compliance changes. Material amendments to seller obligations must be communicated and accepted where required. UAE law applies, subject to mandatory applicable law; any dispute-resolution arrangements and contracting entity details must be confirmed in the written commercial agreement before trading.
