- How do I book an appointment?
- Search by emirate, category or service, open a provider profile and send a booking request. The salon confirms your slot by phone or email.
- Is FindYourLooks free for customers?
- Yes. Browsing, comparing and requesting bookings is completely free.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- Cancellation windows are set by each provider and shown on their profile. Contact them directly, or reply to your confirmation message.
- How are providers verified?
- We check trade licences and, for aesthetic clinics, the relevant health authority licence before a profile goes live.
- How do I list my salon or clinic?
- Create a business account, submit your details from the business dashboard and our team reviews the listing, usually within two working days.
- How do payments work?
- Most partners take payment in-salon. Selected providers support prepaid packages, which is stated on their profile.
